Every procedure we review.
A dentist is only listed for the procedures they actually qualified for. Somebody excellent at clear aligners doesn't automatically get listed for full-arch implants — those are separate reviews with separate evidence.

Not yet reviewed"Best dentist" isn't one question.
Dentistry is not one skill. The judgement and the hand technique that make somebody excellent at full-arch reconstruction have very little to do with what makes somebody excellent at treating an anxious child, and nothing at all to do with what makes somebody excellent at a root canal.
So we review by procedure. A dentist puts themselves forward for the work they would stake their name on, and we assess the evidence for that work specifically — the documented cases, the continuing education, the verified licensure. Everything else is left blank rather than implied.
Which means a dentist can be listed in one place on this site and absent from another in the same city. That is the system working, not a gap in it.
